Stephen Ow is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Design Advocate at adplist.org and Lead Product Designer at gprnt.ai, Stephen has successfully mentored mentees into internships and job offers. Previously, Stephen held significant roles at KPMG Singapore as Lead Strategic Design Consultant, where responsibilities included managing design teams and promoting diversity and inclusion. At Bain & Company, Stephen contributed to global enterprise platforms as a Strategic Design Consultant, and at Siemens, played a pivotal role in founding an enterprise IoT team. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Design from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from Eindhoven University of Technology.
