Lena Gryn is a seasoned product designer with a strong focus on AI-driven solutions, currently serving as the Lead Product Designer at CourtCorrect since September 2021, where significant achievements include a 72% reduction in case resolution time and an 80% decrease in human error through innovative design initiatives. In addition to mentoring designers globally through ADPList, Lena has held key design roles at prominent companies such as Barens Group, Amazon, Figma, and Artkai, contributing to corporate identity redesigns and user experience projects. Lena's academic background includes a Master of Science in Digital Service Design from Brunel University London and a Master of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, among other educational pursuits.
