Tish Gross, MBA, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales, operations, and leadership within the human resources and business process outsourcing sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at WorkMarket, an ADP company, Tish Gross facilitates the adaptation of clients to the evolving workforce by utilizing the company's leading Freelance Management System. With a long tenure at ADP, Tish Gross has held multiple leadership roles, including VP of Channel Alliances, where over $200 million in sales were driven through various strategic partnerships, and VP of Sales Operations, optimizing the performance of a substantial salesforce. Tish Gross also contributes to the University of South Florida as a board member and has experience as an adjunct instructor at the University of Central Florida. Tish Gross holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Auburn University and an MBA from the University of Central Florida.
