Randy Rodriguez is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in sales and customer service. Currently serving as the District Manager at ADP since August 2022, Randy achieved recognition as the top ADM in dollars for January FY'23 within the SoCal Division and the Greater Los Angeles Region, finishing at 137% of the sales quota for FY'23. Prior experience includes working as an Account Executive at Thrive LA, where Randy managed client communications and territory organization, and as an Internet Sales Manager at Putnam Mazda, focusing on customer relationship management. Earlier roles included Property Administrator at BRIDGE Housing Corporation, Customer Service Representative at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and Assistant Manager at Nickel City. Randy holds an Associate of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Foothill College.
