Kevyn Horton is an accomplished Senior Learning Designer at ADP, where since January 2019, innovative learning experience designs have been created, including a six-month coaching certification course. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Digital Media at The Marcus Buckingham Company, overseeing brand initiatives and producing various digital content, as well as roles as a Senior Learning Project Manager and Digital Project Manager, where project management and client relationship skills were honed. Early career contributions at Blanchard and Paradigm Construction Services, Inc. focused on digital design and high-end report generation, respectively. Kevyn holds a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) credential from Co-Active Training Institute and a BA in Humanities from Vanguard University of Southern California.
