Kavitha Rajan is an experienced sales leader with a robust background in technology and business solutions. Currently serving as Vice President Sales for India and South Asia at ADP since August 2016, Kavitha focuses on enhancing organizational potential through HCM and Global Payroll solutions. Prior to ADP, Kavitha was the Head of Sales and Partnerships at Ramco Systems Limited, overseeing sales of ERP, HCM, and e-Governance solutions. Kavitha's extensive career also includes significant roles at IBM India, where responsibilities spanned alliance leadership and channel management with prominent partners, and earlier positions at Wipro Limited and Madura Coats. Kavitha holds a PGDM in Sales, Marketing, and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a B.Tech in Textile Technology from Anna University Chennai.
