Amanda Hood is a seasoned professional in global compensation, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Compensation at ADP since February 2020. Previously, Amanda held the position of Executive Director for Institutional Securities Compensation and Analytics at Morgan Stanley, where the focus included Sales, Trading, and Research clients, alongside Predictive Analytics. Amanda's extensive experience also includes roles such as Senior Compensation Specialist at BASF and Vice President of Corporate Compensation at Morgan Stanley, where responsibilities encompassed managing compensation expenses and developing forecasting tools. Amanda began a career in human resources with early internships at Novartis and AIG after earning a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and Entrepreneurship from Susquehanna University in 2008.
