Urmila Bhide serves as a Senior Executive Talent Partner at Adobe since May 2019, focusing on hiring leadership talent for the Gen AI organization and emphasizing the importance of leadership development within the company. Previously, Urmila worked at Talent Space, Inc. from June 2004 to May 2019, where roles included Director of Technical Recruiting, managing a high-performing team and driving technical recruiting strategies, as well as building a recruiting team from the ground up. Urmila holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Pune.
