Titus Winters currently serves as a Senior Principal Scientist at Adobe, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this, Titus was a Principal Software Engineer at Google from August 2010 to December 2023, where Titus founded and led the Abseil project. Titus's experience also includes working as a Network Media Architect at JetHead Development, co-architecting the RVU specification, and developing software for Linux-based set-top boxes for satellite television systems from July 2006 to August 2010. Earlier professional roles include serving as a graduate student and lecturer at UC Riverside from 2002 to 2006, and as a Member of Technical Staff at The Aerospace Corporation, where responsibilities involved security evaluations and the development of security systems and routers from June 2000 to August 2002. Titus holds a PhD and an MS in Computer Science from the University of California, Riverside, and a BS in Computer Science from Harvey Mudd College.
