Roger Brooks is a highly accomplished professional with extensive expertise in machine learning, software development, and theoretical physics. Currently serving as Senior Director of Machine Learning and Software Development at Adobe since March 2020, Roger leads initiatives that deliver actionable insights and develop machine learning SaaS products for enterprise customers. Prior roles include Chief Scientist at Guavus, where Roger advanced AI analytics in the Communication Service Provider and IoT markets, and distinguished positions at Hewlett-Packard, Quidillum, and Openwave Systems, where Roger was instrumental in software architecture and development, as well as pioneering mobile audio and video technology. Roger's academic background includes serving as an Associate Professor at MIT, specializing in theoretical and mathematical physics, and publishing significant research in particle physics and quantum gravity.
