Minerva E. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical account management and cybersecurity. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Account Manager at Adobe since December 2022, Minerva efficiently manages technical escalations and demonstrates advanced troubleshooting skills. Previously, Minerva held various leadership roles at Dell Technologies from February 2015 to May 2022, including Regional Lead for CyberSecurity & Data Protection Consulting, where Minerva led technical projects and coordinated with sales and project managers.
