Anthony Baillet is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently overseeing sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding at ADNOC Group, specifically within Borouge, since January 2020. With a strong background in recruitment and strategic sourcing, Anthony previously held senior roles at GE, including Senior Talent Acquisition Lead for the MENAT region and managed global talent acquisition initiatives across various sectors. Earlier experience includes serving as Regional Recruitment Manager at Alstom Group, where strategic recruitment processes were implemented across the Near and Middle East. Anthony has also worked with MPH Consulting Services, VINCI Energies, and Michael Page Africa in diverse recruitment and management roles, all of which contribute to a robust career focused on attracting top talent for global organizations.
