Soufiane Addou has extensive experience in strategy and management within the energy and commodities sectors. Currently serving as Strategy Manager and previously as Strategy Analyst at ADNOC Distribution since May 2021, Soufiane held various roles including Senior Strategy Consultant at Pace Consulting from February 2019 to February 2022, and worked with EY in the Energy and Commodities Cluster from May 2016 to January 2019. Additionally, Soufiane has experience in coaching and professional training in energy trading, with positions at Louis Dreyfus Company and Università degli Studi di Roma 'La Sapienza'. Previous roles include Commodities Manager at Schlumberger, strategy roles at Allianz Insurance and AXA Investment Managers, and co-founding Médiane Sup. Soufiane holds a Master in Management with a focus on Energy from ESCP Business School and a Bachelor Hons. in Management from the Institute of Technology, Carlow.
