Manju Lakshmi is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and supply chain management. Currently serving as a Procurement Specialist at Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company (ADNIC) since May 2020, Manju leads procurement functions for various departments, managing multiple vendors to ensure timely and budget-compliant service delivery. Previously, as Procurement Manager at Eminent LC from May 2011 to October 2019, Manju developed and implemented procurement strategies for CAPEX and indirect materials and services. Manju holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Operations Management from Sikkim Manipal University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
