Jacinta James is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across major companies. Currently serving as Sr. Manager for FP&A at Target since March 2022, Jacinta oversees financial responsibilities for the Toys and Entertainment divisions, accounting for over $9 billion in annual revenue. Prior to this, Jacinta held several positions at Nike, including Finance Manager within the MBA Leadership Development Rotational Program, where contributions spanned Global Investor Relations and North America Retail Stores. Additional experience includes roles at kate spade new york in Internal Controls and Risk Management, EY as a Senior Consultant, and an MBA internship with Rebecca Allen. Jacinta holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Binghamton University.
