Milagros Luchini is an experienced professional currently serving as Team Leader at Hiper S.A. and as a university lecturer in Industrial Engineering at UTP Universidad Tecnológica del Perú. Previously held positions include Project Manager at Universidad Privada del Norte, Project Manager and Scrum Responsible at EVOL (TSnet S.A.), and Service Manager at VASS LATAM, overseeing Agile services and project implementations for major clients such as Telefónica del Perú. Milagros has also worked as a Project Manager for the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Peru and as an IT Solution Architect at Banco Falabella Perú, with a strong background in technology and project management since earning a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, followed by several advanced degrees in Information Technology and Project Management.
