Kirill Shagin is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in regulatory reporting and operations management. Currently serving as the Head of Regulatory Reporting and Head of Transaction Reporting at Admirals since August 2022, Kirill previously held the role of Head of Operations at Sinara Financial Corporation (Europe) Ltd, where the focus was on establishing a new broker’s operations department centered on regulatory reporting. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Regulatory Reporting at BCS Global Markets, where Kirill was responsible for creating a regulatory reporting unit, and various roles at Morgan Stanley, ING, and Deutsche Bank, which provided extensive experience in trade support, securities services, and settlement operations. Kirill holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Higher School of Economics and has a background in aerospace engineering from the Moscow Aviation Institute.
