Sophia Vasquez currently serves as the Claims Head of Strategy Implementation and the Claims Head of Talent Development at Admiral Group Plc since February 2022. Prior to this role, Sophia held various positions at ADMIRAL LAW LIMITED from May 2013 to March 2022, including Deputy Head of Admiral Law, Head of Litigation, Operations Manager, and Team Manager. Additionally, Sophia began their career as a Paralegal at Lyons Davidson Limited from November 2009 to May 2013. Sophia holds a Joint Honours degree in Law and Criminology from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd.
