Jenn Mascott is an Associate Professor of Law and the Director of the Separation of Powers Institute at The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, since June 2024. Currently serving as a Council Member for the ABA Administrative Law Section and a Public Member for the Administrative Conference of the United States, Mascott has extensive experience in academia, previously holding positions at George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School, where courses included Administrative Law and Constitutional Law. In the prior government sector, Mascott worked as an Associate Deputy Attorney General and Deputy Assistant Attorney General at the U.S. Department of Justice, specializing in administrative law and separation of powers. Mascott's scholarship focuses on administrative law, constitutional interpretation, and the federal separation of powers. Education includes a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School, where Mascott graduated with the John Bell Larner Award for highest GPA.
