Isabel Sievers currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at admi since August 2024. Prior to this role, Isabel held the same position at 1KOMMA5° from April 2022 to August 2024. Isabel's extensive experience also includes serving as Senior Manager of Training & Development at pilot Agenturgruppe from October 2017 to April 2022, and as HR Business Partner and HR Junior Talent Executive at British American Tobacco between February 2016 and September 2017. Earlier in Isabel's career, project management was undertaken at NDR Norddeutscher Rundfunk from August 2013 to February 2016. Isabel holds a Master of Arts in International Comparative Sociology from Kiel University and a vocational qualification in office communication, human resources, and business administration from IHK Hamburg.
