Ido Drory has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Ido began their career as a Process Engineer at Iscar, where they worked on various projects and departments. Ido then joined Alpha-Bio Tec. Dental Implants as a Projects and Process Engineer, before being promoted to the role of Engineering Manager. In 2020, they moved to Vectorious Medical Technologies as a Manufacturing and Supply Chain Manager. In 2021, Drory joined Nobio as the Director of Operations and later took on the roles of Vice President of Operations & IT and Vice President of Operations & Business Development. Currently, they serve as the Chief Operations Officer at Admetec.

Ido Drory completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Ido attended this university from 2010 to 2014.

After a break in their education, Ido pursued further studies in the field of engineering. Ido obtained a Master of Science degree in Environmental and Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University. This degree was completed in the year 2017.

In 2019, Ido Drory decided to expand their educational background by pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree. Ido enrolled in The College of Management Academic Studies and completed their MBA in Technological Companies Management in the year 2020.
