Yao Ren currently serves as a Sales Executive at Admera Health, having joined the company in November 2024. Prior to this role, Yao worked at BGI Genomics from April 2021 to November 2024 as a Key Account Manager for the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions and previously held the position of Field Application Scientist, providing pre-sales consultations and troubleshooting for genomics-related products. Yao's experience also includes serving as a Bioinformatics Scientist at Argentys Informatics LLC, where research focused on human endogenous retroviruses and cancer vaccine candidates. Earlier, Yao was a Lab Assistant at Mazumder Lab, engaging in metagenomics analysis of the human gut microbiome. Yao holds a Master of Science in Bioinformatics from The George Washington University and is currently pursuing a part-time Master of Business Administration at Boston University.
