Per Hallenborg is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in system administration and emergency telecommunications. Currently serving as a System Administrator at Adlibris since September 2020, Per has a long history of supporting humanitarian efforts through various roles with the UN and EU since 1997, including missions focused on IT and telecommunications during natural disasters. Previous positions include Senior System Engineer at Rg19, Project Manager at Teknik i Media Datacenter AB, and Emergency Telecom Coordinator at UNICEF, where Per provided critical support during emergencies, including the 2010 earthquake in Haiti.
