Maddie Harwood has a diverse background in sales and product management, currently serving as the Sales and Product Manager for LVT at Adleta since August 2019. Previously, Maddie held roles at Swiff-Train Company as the Porcelain Product Manager and Commercial Product Manager from July 2017 to August 2019. Prior experience includes serving as an Account Manager at Bell Carpet and Floors from September 2014 to June 2017 and various positions at Copp Media Services, Inc., Beau Monde Spa and Boutique, Allstate, TECU Credit Union, and Chameleon Clothiers, where Maddie developed strong customer relations, enhanced sales processes, and gained extensive experience in product promotion and management.
