Olivia Nevius has a diverse work experience in various museums and organizations. Olivia began their career in 2013 as an intern at Kat Foley Photography. In 2017, they worked as a Guest Services Associate at the Museum of Broadcast Communications and also served as an Assistant Manager and Lead Sales Photographer at Magic Memories. In 2018, they became an Assistant Manager at Magic Memories before transitioning to roles in visitor services. From 2019 to 2020, Olivia worked as a Guest Service Representative at the Adler Planetarium and as a Visitor Services Associate at Wrightwood 659. Olivia returned to Adler Planetarium in 2022 as a Group Sales Coordinator and is currently in this position. Additionally, in 2021, they served as a Visitor Services Representative at the Chicago History Museum.
Olivia Nevius completed their Associate degree in Graphic Design and Applied Science from Washtenaw Community College between 2008 and 2011. Olivia then pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Photography at Grand Valley State University from 2011 to 2013. In 2014 and 2015, they attended Tribeca Flashpoint College, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Film and Broadcast.
