Miguel Almaguer is a certified associate at Adizes Institute. Miguel has over 30 years of experience in human resources and operations management. For most of their career, they worked at FRISA, a leading Mexican steel company, where they held various positions, including director of human development, manager of Frisa Wyman Gordon, manager of Ringmasters, and manager of the standard and specialty divisions. In their last position at FRISA, they were responsible for quality and engineering. Under their leadership, the company implemented various process improvements that led to increased efficiency and productivity. Miguel's experience and knowledge in human resources and operations management make him a valuable asset to Adizes Institute.

Miguel Almaguer has a MDO from Universidad de Monterrey, a Dirección de Empresa D1 from IPADE Business School, and a Ciencias Físicas from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Miguel is certified from the Adizes Institute in Adizes Phases I, II, III, from Newfield in Coaching Ontológico, and from Wyman Gordon in Six Sigma.
