Greg Mathers is an experienced leadership and management professional with a diverse background in consulting, education, and program development. Currently, Greg leads the Leadership Program at Heartful Adizes Leadership, overseeing content development and delivery for multiple cohorts. As Managing Director of Adizes Latvija and a Senior Associate at Adizes Institute, Greg contributes extensive expertise in organizational transformation. In addition to consulting at Accel Performance Consulting and past roles at Accelerace Management A/S and Enixus, Greg has served as an MBA Professor at Riga Business School, teaching critical management and leadership skills. Academic qualifications include an Executive MBA from Riga Business School and a Master's degree in Organizational Transformation from Adizes Graduate School.
