Md Yasar Arafath is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Human Resource Executive at Aditya Music since August 2021, focusing on talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. Yasar also founded a consultancy, Forever Y, in January 2017. Previous roles include Human Resources Project Coordinator at HDFC Bank and various HR positions at Panzer Technologies Pvt Ltd and Rayars Software Solutions. In addition to practical HR experience, Yasar completed a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Development from Vijaya College of Management and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws at Osmania University.
