Ramesh Mitragotri has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Group Executive President - Human Resource at Aditya Birla Group since April 2024. Prior roles include Chief Human Resources Officer at UltraTech Cement from November 2016 to May 2024, and at Aditya Birla Group for Chemicals, Fertilisers and Insulators Businesses from August 2015 to October 2016, as well as Chief Human Resource Officer at Aditya Birla Retail Limited from November 2009 to July 2015. Additional experience includes positions at Aditya Birla Group Cement Marketing Division, Owens Corning India Ltd., Hindustan Construction Company Limited, and Philips India Limited. Ramesh Mitragotri holds a Master of Management Studies in Management, Human Resource, and Industrial Relations from Sydenham Institute of Management Studies, and a BSc in Science from Ruparel College.
