Nikhil Sobti currently serves as the Assistant Vice President at Hindalco Industries Ltd., part of the Aditya Birla Group, overseeing the sales function for the Specialty Alumina Chemicals Business Unit in international markets. With a robust background in sales performance and business strategy, Nikhil has held several key positions within Aditya Birla Group, including General Manager for the Phosphates Division and Vertical Head for IndoGulf Fertilisers. Nikhil's career began in engineering roles at Infosys and Medshield India, followed by a summer internship at Accenture in management consulting. Educational qualifications include an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology. Additionally, Nikhil received a patent for research conducted during an internship at the National Physical Laboratory in New Delhi.
