Neeta Bhatia is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources and previously as a Senior HR Generalist at Aditya Birla Group since November 2017. Neeta has also held the position of Senior Human Resources Analyst in the HR shared services of Aditya Birla Group, focusing on HR processes, process improvement, and a wide range of transactional services. Prior roles include Senior HR Executive at iMedX, HR Executive at Johnson & Johnson, and HR Executive at Essar, where responsibilities encompassed designing and implementing recruiting strategies and sourcing candidates through various channels. Neeta holds a P.G. Diploma in Labour Law & Labour Welfare from Siddharth College Of Law, an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Mumbai, and a GNIIT in Software Engineering from the National Institute of Information Technology. Additionally, Neeta has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Smt Chandibai Himathmal Mansukhani College and completed SSC at Shri Satya Sai Niketan School.
