Previously, Jitendra held key positions at Larsen & Toubro, including Head of Industrial Relations, Contract Labour Management, and Employee Welfare, as well as Head of HR, Industrial Relations, Operations Excellence, Administration, and Corporate Social Responsibility in the Heavy Engineering Division.
