Arun Nair has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Head HR at UltraTech UAE under the Aditya Birla Group since May 2013, where responsibilities include partnering with business leadership on HR practices and employee relations. Arun's career at UltraTech spans multiple roles, including General Manager and Assistant General Manager in HR, Administration, and Public Relations, focusing on rewards, compensation, and organizational design. Prior to joining UltraTech, Arun participated in the Aditya Birla Group's Leadership Programs, delivering projects across various HR functions. Arun's earlier experience includes a summer internship at Deloitte and a role as Site Engineer at an architecture firm. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Centre and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut.
