Previously, Sharad held the position of Vice President Finance and Commercial at UltraTech Cement and served in various roles at Grasim Industries Limited, including Vice President, General Manager - Finance, and Team Member - Planning and Budgeting in the Cement Manufacturing Division. Sharad Agarwal holds a Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Grad. CWA degree from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
