Ruchi Arora has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ruchi started their career in 2016 as a Recruitment Consultant at Proficuous Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where they were responsible for attracting and matching candidates to positions. In 2017, they joined Pertemps Network Group as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, where they trained new team members and managed the recruitment process. In 2018, they joined FinTop Consulting as a Delivery Consultant, specializing in recruiting in various domains across different countries. Ruchi joined Adit in 2020 as a Client Resolution Specialist and later took on the role of Manager, Content and Social Media, where they supervised a team of content staff and handled operations management. In 2022, they briefly worked as a Real Estate Consultant before joining The Real Estate CONNECT in 2023 as a Property Consultant.

Ruchi Arora's education history began in 2010 when they attended Delhi Public School - Bopal, Ahmedabad, where they pursued a degree in Science. This program lasted for two years, concluding in 2012.

After completing their Hsc, Ruchi moved on to Pandit Deendayal Energy University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA (Hons.) and Liberal Arts Diploma. This program spanned from 2012 to 2016, allowing Ruchi to study Human Resources and Psychology in depth.

In 2021, Ruchi enrolled at Alliance française de Toulouse, focusing on the study of the French language. This program is expected to conclude in 2022, further expanding their linguistic skills and knowledge.
