Asparouh Lilov began their career in 2011 as an Undergraduate Researcher at McGill University Research. In 2016, they joined Adimab, LLC as a Research Associate II and later progressed to Principal Research Associate I and Principal Research Associate II.

Asparouh Lilov obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biochemistry (Honours) from McGill University between 2009 and 2012. Afterwards, they completed a Master's Degree in Biochemistry from McGill University between 2012 and 2015.
