Paul McCoy is an experienced engineering and maintenance professional with a diverse background in food safety, equipment performance, and project management. Currently serving as a Plant Engineer at Aurora Organic Dairy, Paul monitors and reports on food safety and quality programs while ensuring the optimal performance of aseptic filling equipment. Prior roles include Maintenance Manager II at Brill, Inc., where Paul oversaw maintenance operations and environmental programs; Maintenance Superintendent at AGC, responsible for maintaining glass float line equipment and preventive maintenance; and Manufacturing Project Manager at EC Manufacturing, leading project progression and documentation. Earlier experience includes roles as Safety Coordinator and Service Engineer at Marel Inc., where Paul developed health and safety programs and managed multi-million dollar system installations, as well as Automation Technician III at Case Ready Meats, maintaining production line operations. Paul holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Automotive Collision Technology and various certifications in food safety and ammonia process safety management.
