Charlie Sliemers is an experienced production and operations manager currently serving as the Production Manager for Plastic Finish at Green Tokai Co. Ltd. since July 2022. With a diverse background, Sliemers held several managerial positions at Ward Steel Service from June 2012 to December 2021, including General Manager and Sales/Purchasing/Operations Manager. Sliemers also acted as the Cincinnati Chapter President for the Metals Service Center Institute from September 2015 to September 2017 and coached the Head Swim & Dive Team at Beavercreek High School from October 2009 to April 2017. Additional roles include Account Manager at DPL Energy and Marketing/Sales/BDC Manager at Mercedes Benz of Centerville, where Sliemers earned Master Certification as a Sales Consultant. Early career experience includes a position as a Micro PC Specialist at EXPRESS. Sliemers holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Wright State University.
