Carlo Citron possesses extensive experience in the automotive engineering sector, currently serving as Director and Chief Engineer at Adient since April 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing engineering functions related to automotive seating. Prior experience at Johnson Controls Inc. includes roles as Lead Engineer, Senior Design Engineer, and Design Engineer from July 2002 to April 2016. Carlo began a career as a Design Engineer at Schukra of North America from March 1998 to July 2002, focusing on CAD design for lumbar systems for multiple OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. Carlo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from the University of Windsor, obtained from 1993 to 1997, complemented by work-related training in engineering.
