Andre' Ware is an experienced professional with a career spanning over three decades in the automotive and food production industries. Currently serving as a Launch Manager at Adient since January 2012, Andre' has previously held various leadership positions at Johnson Controls, Inc. Automotive Experience, including Plant Manager and Operations Manager, from October 1997 to January 2012. Earlier in the career, Andre' worked at Tyson Foods, advancing through roles such as Supervisor and Production Superintendent from May 1990 to October 1997. Andre' holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Henderson State University, completed between 1986 and 1990, following education at Hampton High School from 1984 to 1986.
