Shane Kreidel currently serves as Vice President at Ajax Health since August 2020 and holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at XII Medical since March 2021. Prior roles include Associate at Cooley LLP from November 2019 to August 2020 and Summer Associate at the same firm in 2018. Prior to legal practice, Shane was a Research Assistant to Professor Lucian Bebchuk at Harvard Law School and worked as a Teaching Assistant at Duke University. Academically, Shane earned a Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a Finance concentration, Summa Cum Laude, from Duke University.
