Karl Brier has extensive experience in aerospace and manufacturing operations management, currently serving as Lean Project Manager at Adient Aerospace since February 2024. Previously, Karl held the position of Director of Operations at IMG for a brief period in late 2023, after seeking employment as a General Manager from June to November 2023. From July 2019 to June 2023, Karl was the General Manager at Skookum Aerospace Manufacturing and, prior to that, the Director of Operations at Precision Machine Works from September 2017 to July 2019. Karl also held various leadership roles at Compass Aerospace Northwest, including General Manager and Director of Operations, from January 2006 to September 2017, and worked at Contour Aerospace from 1995 to 2006, advancing from Lean Manufacturing Manager to Manufacturing Operations Manager. Earlier in Karl's career, a role as Purchasing Manager at Mamco Mfg. from January 1982 to December 1995 provided foundational experience in procurement and operations.
