Mercedes Colón Alexandrino has extensive experience in human resources and business management, currently serving as Senior Manager for GBS Transformation - HR and previously as Senior Manager for GBS Head Office at adidas. Prior roles include Manager for GBS H2R Business Management and HR Specialist at Lorenz Personal, as well as Operational Coordinator at Lock & Leave Storage Center. Educated at the University of Maryland Global Campus, Mercedes earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration between 2014 and 2017, and also holds a High School Diploma in Business from Berufsoberschule Schweinfurt, completed in 2011.
