Kurt Tandan is the Associate General Counsel and Vice President of Government Affairs at adidas, a position held since June 2001, where responsibilities have expanded to include managing Employee Relations and internal attorneys, navigating legal challenges amid significant company growth, and serving on various committees. Prior roles at adidas include Senior Director of Corporate Affairs and Associate General Counsel, where Kurt led Governmental Relations and managed data privacy initiatives. Previous experience encompasses positions at Barran Liebman LLP and Lane Powell PC, focusing on employment and commercial litigation, as well as serving as an Assistant Attorney General in Washington State. Kurt holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brandeis University.
