Kathrin Schmid (formerly Herrmann) has had extensive work experience in various industries. Kathrin started their career with internships at Media - Saturn Holding GmbH and Audi AG in 2010, where they gained experience in corporate communications and logistics. In 2012, they interned at adidas group in product marketing for the NEO label.
From 2013 to 2013, Kathrin worked as a visiting consultant for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in China and also participated in a CEMS business project at Gonzalez Byass. Kathrin Schmid (formerly Herrmann) completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in International Business Administration from the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt in the years 2008 to 2012. Kathrin further pursued a Bachelor of Management in International Business Administration from Tongji University from 2011 to 2012. Kathrin then went on to obtain a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Marketing Management and CEMS International Management from Esade in 2012 to 2014, along with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in the same field from the National University of Singapore in 2013 to 2014.
