Iva Rukavina Polanski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in finance and business development across various prominent companies. Since January 2020, Iva has held multiple senior managerial roles at adidas, focusing on business development and finance within South East Europe and the Croatia, Serbia, and Slovenia regions. Prior to adidas, Iva worked at BAT from March 2016 to January 2020, progressing from a Commercial Finance Executive to a Trade Finance Manager for the Adria region. Additional experience includes a Finance Project Coordinator position at WYG Group and roles at AbbVie and Sanofi Genzyme. Iva holds a degree from the Zagreb School of Economics and Management, completed in 2009.
