Leading Blair Companies since 1992, Phil has used his wealth of technical and business experience to transform the company into the full-service brand image provider it is today.

Phil holds degrees in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Cornell University, and draws on experience in roles at Sony Music & Entertainment and Senn-Delaney. He is Chairman of his family’s group of companies, employing over 1000 associates across manufacturing, construction, paper production, real estate, automotive, and a multitude of venture capital investments.
