Carlos Merino Torres has over 25 years of experience in customer care, inside sales, and technical support within the security and distribution sectors. Currently serving in customer care and inside sales at ADI Global Distribution since January 2020, Carlos has previously held various roles, including Data Steward for an SAP project and Technical Support for the Central Area at Honeywell Security from January 2005 to October 2012. Earlier career experiences include administrative duties at Ademco Sontrix España, where responsibilities involved phone support and client management, as well as inventory and logistics tasks as a warehouse worker from October 1998 to 2005.
