Paul Cooper is an accomplished program manager with extensive experience in project management, system engineering, and military leadership. Currently serving as Program Manager at ADGA Group Consultants Inc. since April 2019, Paul has previously held key roles such as Project and Contracts Manager at Sherwood Electromotion Inc., and various positions within the Canadian Forces, including CEO/CIO and Senior System Engineer. With a solid background in curriculum development and advisory roles, including a secondment to the Afghan Government, Paul has demonstrated expertise in information management and operational command systems with NATO and other defense organizations. Paul holds a Master of Science in Digital Transmission Techniques from Cranfield University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering and Management from the Royal Military College of Canada.
