Puraskar Ingale has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Puraskar began their career as a Research Assistant at Tatyasaheb Kore Institute of Engineering and Technology, where they led research teams and worked on various projects. Puraskar then interned at Serum Institute of India Limited, focusing on process and product development.

Ingale then worked as a Research Fellow at the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio (UTHSCSA) and South Texas Veterans Health Care, where they managed vendor negotiations, led marketing plans, and supported the Center Director in grant submissions. Puraskar also served as a Research Fellow at the Foundation for Advancing Veterans Health Research, providing consulting services in clinical research.

Ingale later joined The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School as a Graduate Business Analyst and then took on roles as a Graduate Quantitative Tutor and Graduate Teaching Assistant in Corporate Finance. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Biotechnology from Tatyasaheb Kore Institute of Engineering & Technology in 2008.
